How we know how many clans are partecipating for tier ?

Is there some option who let you see how many clans are there for your tier?

And when is a clan considered "partecipating"?

Because the 10% of 10k is easy, of 1k is quite challenging, of 500 is hard, of 100 is quite impossible without using bugs and similars, I'm used to have at least the first 3-5 positions always taken by buggers.

wait 10% of 1k is  not hard if you cant even manege top 100 you might need to look for a different clan >.>

No because that would make sense. It would allow the players to view and confirm if they are going to be in the top 10% for the purposes of getting the clan research. If DE enabled that ability it would prevent us from wasting tons of time just grinding out a stupid amount with each clan just praying they happen to be in that top 10% when its all over and its too late to grind even more and too late to have not wasted time grinding even less then was needed.
