New Clans while The Pacifism Defect

Hey,

just wondering, if you can create a new clan atm and still get the clan participation reward.

The official forum post states

" When the Operation starts, your rosters are LOCKED. No new members can join to compete, and new clans formed won’t count for competition! ".

But further down in the post:

" *New clans formed or newly joined members during the Operation will be eligible for this since this is the first time Clan presence is needed for an Operation Weapon. "

I am not sure about the second. Could be that this only affects the clans/members, who formed/joined in the time frame before they lowered the points.

New clans can get the first level of the Ignis Wraith reward, but they cannot get the second or third levels. Anyone that joins the clan, be it new or old, can participate to get the first Ignis Wraith reward, but cannot help with the second or third. First reward is the weapon BP rewarded to all participating clan members. Second reward is the built weapon with a weapon slot and a catalyst already installed. Third reward is only for the top 10% of participating clans and is the weapon blueprint research in the dojo.
