"Disciple", "Hunter", "Master", "Grandmaster" represent people who brought the founders packs back in 2013. "Blade and Gun challenge Winner" represents someone who won a gun and blade challenge, like this one: https://warframe.com/news/blade-and-gun-challenge-biological-warfare Then there are "Community Moderators" "Administrators" and "Warframe Staff" - The first one is for volunteer forums moderators like myself, the other two are members of DE. There are some unique titles that have been given to certain people by DE. "Initiate" denotes your forum rank and is changed as you post more on the forums.
