List of number of clans currently in each tier??

is there anywhere that keeps track/show the number of current clans in game separated by tier? ie broken down into ghost/shadow/moon etc....

couple of clan mates were wondering where the "10%" cutoff numbers are at on the different tiers. and if the 10% is taken from total # of clans in tier or just from total # of clans in tier that participate in the event.

granted the numbers per tier can change, depending of new clans being created or others moving up/down...   but even a ballpark figure would be nice to find

10 moon, 30 mountain, 100 storm, 300 shadow, 1000 ghost...

That's the total number of "top 10%" yet I believe those are just the ones that got into the actual list. The little part at the top right says "top 10%" with scores that are actually a lot lower than the clans displayed, probably because that's the actual score of the last clan in each tier on the top 10%.

I would also like to know this. A lot of players in my clan have been asking your exact questions. I'm frustrated not to be able to give them any good information.
