Before you invite me, disclaimer: I am in the military, the Navy to be exact, and can be gone for a few months at a time. However, by Warframe's casual friendly nature of being able to pick up and put down at any point, I do play when I can.

You are welcome to join.  However, due to the nature of the clan, we need to enforce a somewhat active status (20 day base) in order to allow new members in.  Look at our forums for a way to extend your stay. :)
