I have noticed since patch 19.13.1 that Inaros' scarab armor is no longer a s responsive as it was. It charges up the same but when activating it, it doesnt seem to gp off everytime it can take several attempts to actual activate.
I have tried this solo games to ensure ot was snot lag, what I am wondering is if it was an intentional change, just me or if others have noticed this.
