Phasing out of bounds in Spy missions

So this happened again (last time was maybe a week or so ago? In a sortie Spy), both times in a Corpus vault.

The first time was in the vault with the laser walls that switched on and off. Couldn't get past the second corner of the vault it kept fading to black and phasing me back like I was out of bounds. I wasn't the only one to experience this as one other person in the same vault with me experienced the same problem. Eventually got around it by Loki Decoy and Switching with it to navigate the vault.

This just happened again maybe 5 minutes ago in a Corpus vault on Oceanum. This time it was the U-shaped hallways with the laser obstacles. I could not clear the first hallway as every time I tried to jump to the end of the hallway again I'd get a fade to black and it'd phase me back like I was out of bounds. And again, I had to use Loki Decoy/Switch to navigate the vault (good thing I take Lokis and not other frames).

I don't think there should be put of bounds for any level, anywhere. If you fall in lava, heat damage and if you die in it then you revive outside it of course.

There's so many locations where you cannot go for absolutely no good reason.
