Arcane Helmets

So I was looking at a bunch of and I saw it say that Arcane Helmets were removed some time ago. Now I know you can still trade the Old Arcane helmets and they are the only available version that you can trade of the Arcane Helmets. However I was wondering, How do arcane enchantments work now? Can you still create an untradeable arcane helmet if you apply a Arcane enchant onto a specific helmet? And Will that Helmet be given the same effects as a tradeable Arcane Helmet e.g. Frost Squall Helmet giving +PS and -SM.

It would be amazing to see some replies for help ;)

There are no arcane enhacements that privide the same stats as the old arcane helmets did. For a full list of them pls refer here: http://warframe.wikia.com/wiki/Arcane_Enhancement You can install those on normal helmets and syadanas. The only way to get the same stats on arcane helmets as the old ones were would be to have a bp for one and build it, otherwise you won't get same stats.
