Not sure why, but I have a hard time believing this. From a coders perspective, if the item doesn't drop when it is supposed to, it shouldn't be dropping at all. Especially not randomly after 2 full rotations People attend to think there is an algorithm within this, but it's just comes randomally in the drops table, it can come after 20 minutes, 30 minutes, or even after 10 minutes. We did a 40 minute Orokin Derelict Survival with a clanmate hoping for Octavia's neuroptics, but after the 5 minute mark we received no rewards. Hoping/thinking it was just a visual bug, we continued onward to 40, then headed for extraction, then we realized that it wasn't a visual-only. Nothing every time. everyone was just so frustrated about this because we had wasted about 2 hours for no results. All successive drops yielded nothing but a notifier from Lotus. Also hearing that this bug may be affecting Index missions as well but I cannot confirm that at the time of this post.
