Neptune pluto Junction issue

So my Neptune to pluto unlock says it requires a perfectly executed spy mission(3  successful data extractions on neptune) but after looking I see so many different requirements and cannot find mention of a spy mission sooo I was wondering if anyone can help out

 

Wait finally found it apologies for wasting people's time...though apparently getting spy as an unlock is super rare

As per wiki u need to complete the following to open the junction

 

Neptune

tasks to complete

• Complete Quest: The Second Dream
• Defeat Hyena Pack on Psamathe
• Complete a Corpus Spy mission with 3 successful data extractions on Neptune

rewards

• Drakgoon blueprint
• Chroma Systems blueprint

Laomedeia is the Corpus Spy mission on Neptune. Complete that with three successful data extractions and you will be good. I could be wrong, but if memory serves you don't even have to do all three in the one go, but I might be thinking of something else.
