Banish

For example I banished someone, but it only affected 1 person. If I recast banish to inflict the new enemies, will the first enemy banished earlier be returned to normal?

It now depends on which plane you, as Limbo, are at the moment you cast Banish.

You (Limbo) casts Banish:

• Outside Rift, only push allies and enemies into Rift Plane. Doesn't affect targets already inside Rift.
• Inside Rift, only push allies and enemies out to normal plane. Doesn't affect targets outside Rift.

They literally made the ability work as the name "Banish" intends.
