Can't invite to Dojo

I recently formed a new clan, and built a dojo. For some reason however, when I try to invite someone to the dojo to trade, I can't. I can be standing in the dojo but when I mouse over their name, the option to invite them doesn't appear. What am I missing?

When you're not in a squad, you have to invite people via /inv command or the manual way (you know, press escape then click on the gray plus thingy on screen's upper left).

That only seems to work for people I have on my friends list. If I want to invite someone just that I want to trade with, what setting on my dojo do I have to change to allow for tha?  Right now, it doesn't seem keen to allow it.

Got the same issue, i cannot invite anyone

somebody invites me to dojo so i accept and we both go to the dojo but we cant see each other or trade

and i try to invite him to mine and it says failed or something like that

This seems to be a common problem

A simple solution which works every time for me now.

1) So I am in a private chat window with another person not in my clan and I want to trade with him.

2) Go to Dojo

3) Most of the time you will see the option only to Invite to Clan option.

4) Close chat window

5) Top left click the invite option 

6) Window to invite friends will open up  

7) Close this you dont need to do anything here

8) Open chat window again and click on the players name again and Invite should available now.

Maybe its a bug but I have to do it every single time I do a trade.

Probably not a bug, that seems to be the most user friendly method of inviting someone to your dojo that anyone could come up with. Really clever.
