Help can't stay with a squad

Hey guys I hope y'all are doing good but I have a question. When I try to connect with someone to do a mission after it load's us in the world it says host migration then it will "Move" me but it dose not and when the world loads again it says connection lost. Can I get help please?

PS. Whenever I host it does not do that so I thought it was the people I try to join but it does that to anyone I try to join.

The best way to not lose squad connection : Options / Gameplay / Matchmaking ping limit. Lower the value to 200, you'll have less people who can go with you in mission but the connections will be stronger.
