Prime Access Not Recieved

Ok so on 4/1/17 around 6:00 pm Eastern Time i bought the second Banshee Prime Prime Access pack.I went ingame and did not see any of the items in my arsenal so I logged off and waited for a bit thinking maybe my game just needs to be refreshed and then the items will be there.6:30 Eastern i come back on to still find none of the items.At the time of this post it is now 1:18 pm Eastern and i still have recieved any of the items.Any ideas whats going on with this and any ways to fix it?

Also check your account if the money were taken, your bank might have refused the transaction or you might have not had the funds on it.
