Whenever I try to buy platinum with the money in my steam wallet it re-directs me to the Steam Wallet FAQ saying that my payment failed. I searched for this problem with not too many solutions. I tried what the person in https://steamcommunity.com/app/230410/discussions/0/358415206082720425/ said but the payment just wouldn't show up in my transactions at all. This might have an easy fix and I'm just being an idiot, who knows. Any help is appreciated.
