I'm having a problem with spy missions not rewarding unidentified items, and seeing as it was a Meso mission I also did not get my relic item either. it was on Saturn, Dione. I had collected enough reactant. I also collected all three data nodes, but was rewarded with nothing. After the mission, I was happy to see it had not consumed my relic.
