Is it still possible to get Nekros Prime without buying the parts with platinum?

Edit: Meso N3 may not be on the wiki, but it is not vaulted in-game. I've used it several times. The wiki isn't always accurate and if you don't have the relic in-game then that is just RNG being RNG.

I'm looking for the main blueprint and wiki says Axi N3 is vaulted and there isn't any information about Meso N3.

Yeah where does this mythical meso n3 drop anyways? I have tried farming it on several planets it should drop at but never seen it.
