I believe it has to do with the setting of the launcher. Then "optimize". Worst case is you own bugged Window 10, your firewall decide to block the launcher. Case: You have WarFrame's The Evolution Engine running in the background. OR STEAM, restart Steam or verify Steam's WarFrame.
