Launcher doesn't update since latest hotfix

Like usual as I have read a lot of people have been having this issue since the start of Warframe my launcher says "Update failed! The content servers are temporarily unaviable The update will be retstated shortly"

It's been 24 hours. Please DE fix this my kubrow is dying ;(

Have you tried verifying and optimising in the Warframe launcher and seeing if that fixes it and allows you to properly update?

Yea. As mentioned the launcher is completely broken so pressing it did what I expected - nothing. It's like the buttons are numb. Re-installed warframe 2 times, Verified in steam, other crazy things I've read on forums. Nothing seems to work for me. All the answers on the internet say they gave up and stopped playing Warframe because of this. It would be sad to leave now.
