Reinstalling Warframe on PS4

Last update brought some benign bugs to the fore and now game is borderline unplayable.
Matchmaking has breathed it's last and everything is fail and "cannot do that S#&$ bro", polarity icons are misplaced or falsely represented as random smileys.
Hence, Reinstall.
Can I, has anyone ever done this and what, if anything do I need to do?

Were this PC or a respectable game I would not need to ask but see first sentence.

Fast replies appreciated but unnecessary.

You just have to delete the game from your PS4 hardrive by either going onto the WF icon on your dash, press options and delete, go into your storage device and delete it there, or go into your library and delete it there. Then download the game again, either via the PSN store, or through your library.
