Revived with affinity at the exctraction and got an empty result screen.

I was playing Nimus on Eris and when I died on the extraction point, 3 of my teammates tried to help but were too late. So, I'm in a situation where 4/4 people are on the extraction point but I'm dead, so technically 3/4. As soon as I pressed the button to revive myself using affinity an empty result screen showed up. No experience gained, no resources, no credits, nothing. 20 minutes wasted.
