constant network issues

[(XBOX)RIMPAC WarGames]

So i've been playing this game fro just over a week when last night i got home and logged in. After arriving on my ship and selecting a mission i loaded in and then a network error popped up saying "The network connection has been lost. You will now be returned to the main menu."  since then i haven't been able to do anything at all, i can't even look at the navigation panel without it kicking me out saying it cant connect to the server. i've tried everything from hard restarting my console to uninstalling and then redownloading the entire 50gb game. I am evern using the recommended ports and my internet is 200 mbps down and 50 up so its really not on my side.

is there any kind of work around for this cos im kinda annoyed after i just got hooked on this game.
