I would say your riven is absolutely wonderful and it could sell easily for at least 500pl. If you find somebody that is a Vectis fan, it will sell for even more. As a crit sniper it heavily rewards headshots specifically, so the value of punch-through goes down somewhat vs flat damage weapons hitting multiple targets in a line. Vectis' problem is consistency. With 90% multishot and 96% crit chance even with two mods on it, you go to all the trouble of getting that headshot on just one enemy and RNG often just gives you the middle finger. To be really valuable a riven for Vectis would need to both improve consistency AND improve damage per shot when swapped in IMHO. But as lhbuch said, it's going to vary based on the buyer's view.
