Forma problerm

Three days ago, I decided to apply a second Forma on my Hema Assault Rifle, but after applying the Forma the screen automatically went back to the upgrade screen and didn't let me polarize a slot. I've already contacted support, but they haven't done anything at all, so I'm hoping that posting in the forums gets something done.

I had the same with my Dual Kamas Prime that came with a PA purchase. My suggestion is to not use the weapon in question, and be patient. They get to you pretty quick if it's PA item matter, but might take more time otherwise.

Aw crap... I already leveled it to 30 after the failed Forma... I don't know man, I submitted the ticket on Thursday and I still haven't even got a single peep from them, apart from the automated "pls be patient" email.
