That has been the pattern for a while now.

Ok, but like do the devs write it on warframe.com or something for more precise dates when primes are unvaulted.

DE will advertise an unvaulting about a week before it happens.  They usually don't give players more of an advanced notice than that.  Reason being is that their development schedule is fairly strained.  Although they try their best, DE doesn't like to set target dates because they've often missed them in the past.

That's not a knock on DE.

It's just an example why setting a target date is not a good idea.

DE have been releasing them in the order they were vaulted.

You can check the wiki for info on all the prime accesses over the years.

Rhino was unvaulted back in June, so Loki is the clear and obvious access to be unvaulted next.
