Is it weird that i'm never getting a common reward?

I am farming for Ash Prime I have all the parts except the chassis but every time I open an N4 Relic or an Axi B2 it's never dropping the chassis but it's common. Why? Also whenever I farm for Neo Relics and Axi Relics I rarely get AXI B2 relics nor Neo N4 relics just a bunch of Neo relics and Axi relics that I never open.

It's all horrible rng. It will mess with you a lot. I have gotten the bottom reward(the rarest one) on intact relics sometimes when I am shooting for the easiest reward. Just keep at it. Eventually it should drop. Look at it this way, you are getting ducats and or things to sell XD
