Europa Junction Requirements BUG??

So i have been working on opening the void. But i got stuck on Europa Junction in Jupiter, one of the prerequisite for opening the place is the "craft spectre", ive been farming and i have already own some spectre but it did say to "craft" one so i did.. 8hrs pass and theres no change or it doesnt check out the completion i already opened the path way and still the barrier is closed

Which specter did you craft? I believe the junction requires the warframe specters, not the various enemy specters.

just a vapor then? but what if i already have them? like 30 of them... been have them for a while never used them XD

Yes, most likely you will have to craft a new one.

Rescue missions. See more here but basically it goes like this:
When you do a rescue mission, you get points. You get one for rescuing the target (which means you always get at least one), one for killing all the wardens and one for not tripping the alarm. At levels 1-15, two points get you a Vapor Specter BP, and at level 16-25, you need only one for the same BP.

Beware to get the correct quantity of points though, or you'll get the wrong BP.
