I'm talking about these new (if I'm not mistaken) "# of waves" alerts.Being forced* to play through 15-25 waves of enemies isn't precisely fun. I remember feedback similar to this during the 3-artifact-event. I don't usually rush through missions (except in very specific cases) and yet I feel like I could complete 1 mission in the time it takes me to go through 2 or 3 waves. I don't usually feel like spending 30 minutes or more (considering the level of these alerts) playing one mission. I'm not saying defense is bad per se, neither is playing through 25 waves, but expecting people to play that doesn't sit right with me. *I know nobody is forcing anybody to play alerts, but I think it's hardly necessary to put yet another wall in the way to alert rewards. I'd rather have a boss mission of very high level, mobile defense or any other kind of mission for that matter.
