Black Screen

I keep getting a black screen now and then when I am in game. I can hear my warframe move and shoot if I press my mouse but all I see is a black screen. I can even hear the sounds when i press escape, but still nothing.  anyone have any ideas why or had the same problem in the pass? thanks in advance.
