Relics not working?

So I have a lot of relics I haven't used and found out about the whole forma polarity warframe gets stronger mumbo jumbo so I want to get more forma obviously, so I pick relics that have the bp for them then go out and do the fissures, but I collect all 10 little things you gotta get, we beat the mission we all have fun, but the rewards for our relics never show up and instead we are taken to the screen where it shows what resources weve gotten the mods the team leaderboard and then mission over but I still have the relic, I know its equipped so whats wrong is this a bug?
