Dojo hosting: server option

Hello,
as you may have experienced, the Dojo is no longer player hosted. While this change seems benefitial, so far we've experienced lag and more unreliable trading (i.E. players wont show up on trade station).

Own server
What I want to suggest, is for clans to decide if they want to host their own dojo server. A similar option can be found currently by hosting a conclave server. This should remain as an option and work in a way, that as soon as a clan-server is available as a dojo, it is the preferred connection. If it is down, the old system steps into place again.

This change should improve the overall performance in Dojo and would benefit DE's dojo servers as well, as some of the load will be pulled away from them.

This however could also negatively effect the performance depending on the clans server and locations. People from overseas of their clans server could see a drop, however this would not be much of a difference to the current system. It may be a good idea to be able for clan members to look for the best available server (speaking DE- or clan-hosted).
