Select minimum waves of defense/interception

As many of you may have faced before, it can be kind of frustrating when you're trying to make a run of 20 waves of defense or interception when one guy wants to bail at around 5 waves, leading to everyone leaving. What I'd suggest is that when starting up a mission, let us select the minimum number of waves we want to commit to, for example for defense let us select 5, 10, 15, or 20, and match us up with people who have selected the same number of waves and don't give the option to extract until that number of waves is reached. That way, we don't have to worry about people bailing early or at the last second; the only way for them to leave early would be by forfeiting the mission and therefore the end of mission rewards/xp.

Would be cool, if one could start at Wave 20 or could select an enemy spawnratemodifier.... Right now the first 15 waves (e.g. Akkad) are just plain boring.
