limbo theorm quest not working

(im a new warframe player who cant spell or pronounce most of the words) so i completed the Europa junction with my new clone thing, after that i unlocked Europa on my star chart, i then went to my quest and and saw i had the new strange and the limbo theorem unlocked, i cant remember why but i went to my star chart and went back to the codex and the limbo theorem was blurred out (like when you dont unlock it), i even went back to do the Europa junction again but it still did not work

The Limbo Theorem quest is a BP, check your Foundry to build it.

You probably didn't build the quest blueprint yet in your foundry. You'll have to acquire the materials to build the quest and have it active.
