Where can I find "The Raptor" for Codex

Was skimming through my Codex Library after finishing up on scanning The Raptor Boss(es) and I noticed that there are 4 Entries for the Raptor. I had already full on the 3 Raptors but there is a fourth one named "The Raptor" It has the same sounds as the Reworked Raptor Trio but it has 1/10 Scans for me. Is this a remnant of the old Raptor Boss' data or is there another Raptor Boss somewhere I haven't fought yet.

This COULD be regarding the advanced scan method.. I remember reading something somewhere about after finishing all your scans if you scan them again it gives you information regarding their weaknesses.. could be something about Cephalon Suda.. but not 100% sure on that..

When fighting on the index on Neptune, is there not a Raptor RX that spawns there? The wiki gave me the 4 different raptors, links below, that were Raptor NS, Raptor MT, Raptor RV, and Raptor RX. Raptor RX seems to be the odd one out. I'm going to run an index mission and see if this is where the other raptor spawns.

Raptor RX spawns on Index missions. The final scan you are looking for may be that version of the Raptor enemy

I've checked again and I definitely all have those and It wasn't four but five with this unknown one.
