Would you get banned if you added additional meshes to Warframes?

I know I asked this before (CaptainIMalik PS4) but I want more replies. 

Say I wanted to slap Oberons loincloth to Excalibur, would I get banned?

I am curious how you would even attempt this.. do you mean using the Tennogen Steam Workshop? If so then no you won't be banned.. many people are designing new items for Warframe and submitting them for approval.. I believe if your submission is accepted then each time another player buys the item you would get a percentage of the Platinum, no idea what percentage though..

These seems touchy to me being that it would be modifying the models and such of the game. Technically this is equivalent to changing the model of an item to allow for you to see through it, especially in the conclave
