stuck on queen battle with a low frame and low level weapons

I am stuck on the war within quest, I have a level 15 warfare and 15 level melee weapons. I can't do any damage to the guards, Is there anything I can do to stop this?

Stun the guardians first then dash through them with your operator to make them drop their melee weapons, they should then start shooting you with their guns and should get a red emblem on their chests.

That signify's that they are vulnerable to damage so either use your melee or operator beam to kill them.
