Glitch?

When im in a squad and im doing a mission like defense for some reason it says host connection lost and everyone leaves the squad , so im basically solo. This did not happen to me until yesterday and its quite fustrating cuz when im doing xp farm the whole squad just leaves and im doin it solo (but i cant). this happens to every squad i join , if you guys have any suggestions please tell me
