Have not received Oberon Prime from Access pack (Don't know what forum to post this in)

I purchased the Access pack, and after a few days i received the Silva/Aegis Prime and the Sybaris Prime, but I have yet to receive my Oberon Prime.
Is there any way I can get this checked to see if there was some sort of issue?

you sure you bought the pack with oberon prime in it? it could have happen that you by mistake bought the weapons only pack?(iam not 100% sure if there even is a pack like this)

There is, the packs with Oberon Prime are 82.99 and up
