Migration Gone Weird

I was doing an Excavation mission, nothing seemed out of the ordinary except the Excavator was always being spawned in the same spot. Then the group needed to migrate the host, this is where it got weird. When I loaded in none of my teammates were the same people before the migration, my Warframe had reset its progress to before I started the mission, and this new game where I found myself was definetely passed the time for people to join. Though odly enough I got relic rewards from both before and after the migration.
