NeithanDiniem Posted June 22, 2017 Share Posted June 22, 2017 No. Kuva as a survival/defence reward would be broken as all hell and completely invalidate the siphon alerts, and it would not make sense for a spy mission. Kuva available as something that can be gotten at the fortress? definitely, but not in huge uber-massive amounts that invalidate the siphons since that makes no logical sense.
