Why DE just keep restricting South America players on promo participation

Well i agree with "FOVZERO" this should not have had any region lock on any items which DE is Celebratingly giving away with a full on advertising campaign. It clearly missed out on at least 15 million users since Mexico/India/China/Japan (which cannot access Twitch prime even with a VPN regardless of having Amazon Prime and Amazon Prime Video regardless of an International Credit Card) i mean 2 of these regions have billions and billions of people its like complete Western hemisphere and compared to 15-20 states in those 2 countries just lol.
What if they Boycott DE's Tennogen for a year and Prime accesses and buying Plats. Well DE has distributed exclusivity for their personal promotion + sponsorship and abide transparency and equality in a giveaway. As far as i see Equality is missing, something is coming to DE. 
I mean as players think there is always a new game to spend time on and they would think "lets uninstall this crap". Bamm many users left playing bla bla bla bla...
