Distilling Extractor Prime

So I want the distilling extractor prime, but it seems like I have to buy the whole $40 bundle for it and that is the only way. I own both Rhino and Mag Prime and all their weapons... is there any way to get it without buying the whole thing? Is the blueprint tradeable maybe?

nope. exclusive to the prime vault, just like the prime titan extractor was exclusive to the last prime vault.

$40 is the standard running rate for primed accessories from prime access so thats a steal if you get all of it for that price
