Patient Zero Quest

I'm trying to do the Patient Zero quest but it's not letting me. It's in my quest list but it's fuzzied out. It says Prerequisites with Once awake quest and Pluto: Eris Junction. I have done both and double checked by redoing the Eris Junction and the Once Awake quest says Completed. I can't click on the quest, suggestions?

I believe you got the blueprint and now you need to build it in your foundry.
