twitch prime loot problems.

So i got the accounts linked and i have the free frost prime but i seem to be missing the dragon bundle thing.I would amuse something like this would be an animation for it when I logged in but only the daily log in rewards popped up. so then i assumed that they were automatically added to my mod collection but all i have the the crappy damage mods you get from the start of the game. so did something go wrong? Also aren't I suppose to get a rector thing?

The mods are automaticly added to your collection, you can see them by using the filter to order them by recent and the twitch prime does not include a reactor.

The reactor is already on Frost Prime and the mods seem to not be showing for a lot of people, even if you check the 'recent' tab. There seems to be an issue where people just aren't getting a mod pack at all, because if I did and all I got was mods I already had, especially two guaranteed rares when I don't even have that many to begin with, guess what I'm never spending RL money on?
