Mission Failure upon extraction

For several times now in public matches, suddenly in extraction, a 'host change' happens where everyone gets disconnected from the mission, resulting in 'mission failure' and all rewards gone because the mission changes from "success" to "mission failure" even though the game already finished the mission and was starting to return us to our ships. This is especially annoying, because I've lost 7 Index missions because of this stupid bug. And that's not all, I've already lost several Ayatan Sculptures as well, so i'm pissed. Can't even finish mission without it changing to "mission failure" upon successful extraction.

Edit: The issue doesn't always happen, but it happens in public matches. Solo missions are fine, but in public, it's not fine, especially when your farming something or doing an alert (lost few alert rewards as well)

I've had this happen a few times today already, especially in Orokin Derelict Defences. When the host either fails to join the continue option or leaves, the mission counts as being failed. It's painful, especially after having done 20 waves.
