A question and a suggestion for Orokin Catalyst/ Reactor Alert

Hi staffs,
I'm a Chinese player(PC end). I am here to ask a question and give a suggestion.
I haven't meet Orokin Catalyst/ Reactor Alert for quite long. I want to ask if there is a fixed time for this mission.

By the way, I would like to suggest that adjust the time when this kind of alerts appear according to different time sector. 
Because they are important for players to improve their warframes or weapons. I happened to meet a reactor alert at around 4:50 AM (GMT+8)！ This means if players in that sector want to get a reactor blueprint, they have to wake up really early or stay up until dawn.

1. Make them appear monthly (not sure how often are Devstreams and hence Gifts of the Lotus) - first month should spawn a Reactor, next two a Catalyst.

2. Make them 24 hours long, just like Gifts of the Lotus

 

Why so often? Because they're essential to progress and we don't have any way to farm them without Platinum. (especially Catalysts, since you just can't kill higher level enemies with a weak weapon unless you take a DPS frame with some way of regenerating energy). Also DE wants us to try everything, which is hard if all you can bring a weapon for are level 30s or so.

There is a reactor/catalyst alert usually after Devstreams but because of tennocon, they haven't done one in a month. Alerts and Invasions are random. There is no time to them, I've missed alot of them because they have been on in late night/early mornings.

Best, if you need reactor/catalyst is to trade mods/primes etc and then just buy them from market.

 

protip: I did this when I needed them back in 2014/15. I did vault runs for fleeting expertise/ heavy caliber/ blind rage/ overextended/ narrow minded/ transient fortitude/. They are still selling for 15-20p per piece.

Thanks for your advise and information, I'll try.

But I still hope they can make  a little improvement. I remember that the alert used to be easy for players to reach, although we have to wait for a week or two, if my memory is correct. I think current situation is really hard for most players to get those. Maybe they'll take actions after tennocon, who knows

Good idea! It assured almost everyone can get that. Hoping DE can notice this
