0 danceswithphantoms Posted July 8, 2017 Share Posted July 8, 2017 If you have completed enough of the initial tasks you will have been awarded the arsenal segment. If I recall rightly you walk up to it and a prompt appears to install the segment. If that still hasn't happened you may not have completed enough.
