Chromatic Blade on Xbox?

Howdy, just got back into warframe after a long absence. I picked up excalibur and want to make him viable for endgame and was wondering if Chromatic blade is a viable augment. 

If so, how can I find it? I'm a Maxim in Arbiters of Hexis and it's not available for purchase.

Much like the mechanic with Chroma it's a pretty powerful augment, making him even stronger than what he was previously.

It's probably not available on consoles yet, but keep an eye for the update that should be hitting both PS4 and Xbox One sometime soon.

Exalted Blade Excalibur was already viable for endgame scenarios. Chromatic Blade just makes him even better.
