But the issue is, I do not have the resources. I was an early bird and started crafting the Nova Warframe, and when I got this quest I had no Plastids. Because of this quest, I cannot leave the ship until I craft the piece, so I cannot go farm for Plastids. Help? (Is there some hidden navigator button in Esc Menu?)

So as you can tell I am a new Warframe player.
I'm currently on the quest
Build Negator & Obtain Nav Segment
