Replaying quests

So, I was replaying part of the Second Dream to find a Kuria in a tile that has a 100% chance to spawn in the quest, but when I exited the mission via extraction it tells me to do what I literally did one second ago. Anyway I can get the "quest complete" screen again without being forced to go through the Second Dream again? I've tried clearing the active quest but that just removes it from navigation and pending.

Currently, you have to replay the entirety of a quest that you started again to remove it from pending and from the navigation. There's no way around it for the time being.

It doesn't show that it's there, but I've already completed it once and I don't want to do it again. But it doesn't show the completion screen

It'll still be set as pending when you check the codex until you finish regardless. There hasn't been an implemented feature to cancel current quests.

If I start to replay the War Within and then cancel it still shows as complete

No idea then. I've always finished the quests I restart just for a refresher.
